Yvonne attended her first yoga class in 2015 and it became her passion. After regularly, attending around three classes a week Yvonne joined the Seasonal Yoga teacher training and qualified as a 200-hour yoga teacher in 2018. Yvonne studied under Julie Hanson, Sue Woodd, Claire Davidson and Marit Akintewe, where she developed her desire to teach and share the benefits of yoga. Yvonne loves Seasonal Yoga, which teaches us to live in harmony with nature, changing our practice and energy levels with the seasons to give us the best benefit for our mind and body.
It was physical discomfort and poor mental wellbeing, which encouraged Yvonne to explore the benefits of yoga. Yvonne is passionate about the benefits she has gained and now wants to share her knowledge and experience to help others. Yvonne is very welcoming, friendly and creates a class environment where everyone feels welcome.
