Have you ever noticed how your body and mood changes with the seasons – if so Seasonal yoga is for you!

Seasonal yoga has its roots in nature, living in harmony with the changes of each season it inspires and empowers us all to take control of our health and wellbeing.

Yvonne offers group classes, both in local halls and online. She also offers personal support in a beautiful studio in her home. Classes can be tailored from one to one or one to two.

Why should I do Yoga?

With so many personal and social tensions in the way we live today, we can damage and create imbalances in our body and mind, which can create ill health. No matter what age we are yoga can benefit us in so many ways: Increased flexibility, increased muscle strength and tone, improved respiration, energy and vitality, maintaining a balanced metabolism, improved athletic performance, better bone health and improved mental wellbeing.

About Yvonne

Yvonne attended her first yoga class in 2015 and it became her passion. After regularly, attending around three classes a week Yvonne joined the Seasonal Yoga teacher training qualifying as a 200-hour yoga teacher in 2018 and a 500-hour teacher in 2020. Yvonne studied under Julie Hanson, Sue Woodd, Claire Davidson and Marit Akintewe, where she developed her desire to teach and share the benefits of yoga. Yvonne loves Seasonal Yoga, which teaches us to live in harmony with nature, changing our practice and energy levels with the seasons to give us the best benefit for our mind and body.

It was physical discomfort and poor mental wellbeing, which encouraged Yvonne to explore the benefits of yoga.  Yvonne is passionate about the benefits she has gained and now wants to share her knowledge and experience to help others. Yvonne is very welcoming, friendly and creates a class environment where everyone feels welcome.
